-> On almost all monsters with 10% chance Except in the following areas it's 3%:

   Culvert (all levels)
   Hidden Temple (all levels)
   Orc Dungeon (all levels)
   Payon Dungeon 1

-> With daily quest

-> By winning events

-> By killing the King Poring every Friday 21h

The positif with the ROcoin is that you can use them to buy a lot of different items.

-> In vending area, some vender use ROcoin instead of Zeny
