Each location (cities and dungeons) have to be unlocked before being able to be warped to them.
Cities⚓︎
Cities are unlock directly by talking to the warpa.
Dungeons⚓︎
For dungeons, a specific essence has to be collected.
The lesser essences are found at the entrance of the first dungeon levels.
Stronger essences are hidden deeper in the dungeon.
Note
While these essences are usually at the deepest dungeon level, the matching unlocked warp is most of the time to level 2.
